Jelatah Timun
Bahan-bahan :
1. Timun (1 biji)
2. Nenas (1 biji, kecil)
3. Bawang besar merah (1 biji)
4. Cili merah (1 biji)
5. Cuka (1 sudu kecil)
6. Kacang goreng (tanpa minyak) (segenggam)
7. Sedikit garam
8. Gula (2 sudu besar)
Cara-cara :
1. Hiris timun dan nenas kecil dan nipis (as per picture).
2. Hiris cili merah dan bawang besar nipis.
3. Tumbuk kacang (agak kasar).
4. Campurkan semua bahan-bahan dan gaulkan.
Note : I've always made this without the kacang before this. But adding it definitely gives a much better taste! Oh, and yes, my mom also taught we after that that adding a bit of chili sauce would be better.
